La Academy of Television Arts & Sciences ha annunciato, con i suoi portavoce Lauren Graham e Anthony Anderson, le nomination dei 68° Emmy Awards 2016.
Ricordiamo che gli Emmy Awards sono i riconoscimenti più importanti del piccolo schermo.
In cima alla classifica delle nomination si piazza un aspettato Game of Thrones con ben 23 candidature. Al secondo posto, invece, la miniserie dedicata a O.J. Simpson con 22.
Le premiazioni vere e proprie, con la cerimonia ufficiale, si terranno il 18 settembre presso il Microsoft Theatre di Hollywood, a Los Angeles. Presenterà Jimmy Kimmel e trasmetterà in diretta l’emittente ABC.
